1884 Roosevelt Hunting Knife Replica (Custom Antique Knife Replicas)

Display replica of the silver hunting knife Tiffany & Co. made for Theodore Roosevelt in 1884, the knife he wore as a Dakota rancher: a figure-sculpted handle, a leaf-and-twig guard, a blade etched with deer and bears, and a scabbard of hunters riding among stampeding bison, about 13.5 in long. Originals like this are museum pieces: a gold-handled hunting knife given to Roosevelt in 1909 sold for $414,000 at auction in 2016, reported as a record for an American knife. We can replicate any antique knife from photos for a modest modeling fee, and very slight changes to this one are $5. A plastic display piece with no cutting edge.

Approx size: 247 × 247 × 227 mm. Material: available in PLA, PETG, PAHT-CF and more. Delivery: Knoxville pickup or USPS shipping.

Recommended material: PLA Metal, PLA Silk+. PLA Metal (Iridium Gold or Iron Gray) or PLA Silk Silver gives a metallic look; for more heft in the hand, raise the infill up to 100%, which adds weight, print time and cost.

Recommended nozzle: 0.2 mm. The etched blade and sculpted handle need a 0.2 mm nozzle at 0.08 mm layers, and this price reflects that slow, fine slice.

From $35.48 for one part in PLA Basic, printed to order. Other materials, quantities, shipping, and tax are priced at checkout.
