Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If your part isn't right, tell us within 30 days of receiving it and we will make it right, at no cost to you.
- What's covered: the part has a print defect (for example layer separation, warping, or a missing feature), or it doesn't fit the product it was ordered for.
- Your choice of fix: a full refund, including tax and shipping, or a free reprint, as many times as it takes to get it right, delivered to you at a location and time of your choice.
- Keep the original part. There is nothing to send back and no return shipping to pay.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
- Not covered: changing your mind or ordering the wrong part by mistake. Every part is printed specifically for your order, so we can't resell it. If you're unsure a part will fit, message us before ordering and we'll help you check.
How to request a refund or reprint: reply to your order confirmation email, or text us at (865) 309-4927, with your order number. A photo of the problem helps us fix it faster.
Shipping and pickup
Most orders are printed and ready within 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days). Then choose how you get your part:

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your ZIP code at current USPS rates, including packaging, so you see the exact amount before you pay.
- We ship within the United States.
- Sales tax applies to Tennessee addresses and Knoxville pickup, calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to other states pay no sales tax.
