Recommended material: PAHT-CF, PA-CF, PETG-CF, PET-CF. A derailleur hanger is a structural part that has to be stiff enough to hold shifting alignment, while still being the piece that gives way in a crash. Carbon fiber nylon is the right balance; PLA is far too brittle for this job.
