Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order and quote details: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, shipping address, the parts and options you order, and any model files or photos you upload.
• Messages: what you send through our contact, quote, bulk order and color request forms, or by email and text.
• Payment: card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected with cookies by Google Analytics and Google Ads.

How we use it

To print and deliver your order, send receipts and order updates, answer your questions, keep the accounting and tax records the law requires, and understand which pages and ads bring customers to the site. We do not sell your personal information.

If you have ordered from us or asked us for a quote, we may email you an occasional offer. Every one of those emails says how to stop them, and we honor a request to stop right away. If you use our refer-a-friend offer, we keep the email address you give us so we can send your reward, and when someone names you as the person who referred them, we record that with their order.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax.
• USPS receives your shipping address to deliver your order.
• Zoho Books holds our bookkeeping records (name, email, order amounts).
• Google delivers our email, and provides Google Analytics and Google Ads, which use cookies to measure visits and ad results.
• Our hosting providers run the website and store order records.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Google Customer Reviews

After you place an order, Google may offer you an optional survey about your experience. If you choose to take part, Google receives your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date so it can email the survey after your order arrives. Participation is up to you and does not affect your order. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies and your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store still works without them.
• You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are asked for consent before analytics and advertising cookies are used.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Uploaded files and messages are kept while we work on your order and for later reprints or support, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
